Sleep and rest are the embers on which creativity feeds, thus the phrase “burn out.”
Billions of people experience creativity in the most primal way—creating a child; with women always closer to that incomprehensible magic than I am.
The creative act is expansive and irrepressible—a page with letters, a sheet with notes, arranging flowers, creating a company.
