We can’t bend time to our will, it just flows on.
OK, maybe great artists can. War and Peace reads as good now as it did when it came out in 1865; Vivaldi’s Four Seasons resonates as it did in 1718 and Michelangelo’s David stuns just as it did in 1505.
For the rest of us, now is true; the past is up for debate, the future is uncertain.
The delicate balance (I’m trying) is to look back some, not too much.
To look forward and see tremendous possibilities, take action, and yet be realistic about risks.
Love the wisdom. Also, can't help but think of Sunday School when I read:
"A Letter from Paul" (to the Corinthians ??)
:)
A must. Not a quick read for sure.
